There are challenges that I have to beat myself and so many times I seem to fall”.

She said: "As a woman, I must be responsible for the company, family, and herself. I think the most difficult thing is to face myself. What can I do? what can I achieve? That’s difficult to make a decision. Sometimes, I want to let it go, why must I work hard for this? But the passion and the responsibility of the leader prevent me from doing that. I think the gift of nature to women is good endurance. So, if I don’t know how to take advantage of it, it is a waste.
Being a leader, I have to be very independent, authoritarian, and sometimes become a dictator. It’s not easy to do it because I can’t tell anyone, I can’t share it with anyone. Many times, everybody wonders why that decision was made, but only I know the answer. Each time, I am often accepted by words that can be compliments but also criticisms. That is also one of the disadvantages of women as a leader. So, I have to firmly believe in what I do ”.
Until now, businesswoman Duong Thu Huong has never regretted decisions even in work and life. She called it a blessing because if she regretted it, she would have lost her mind many times.
